Glowy Skin

I'm a person who is either 100% in or not at all. I've always said, patience, so not one of my virtues. So, with the New Year, I started a few new things, all at the same time. I've had so many comments recently on my skin and how glowy it is and to be honest, I'm not sure what to attribute it to. Here are the new things I started at the beginning of January:

1. Whole30 - this is supposed to have a positive effect on your skin;

2. I started using a new combo of products in the morning:

a. Saint Jane CBD oil;

b. Sunday Riley, Luna Sleeping Night Oil (I know it says night, I use it in the morning);

c. Image Ageless Total Anti-Aging Serum - this one is not new to my regime, but, I mix all three of these together and apply to a clean face;

3. Love Wellness Good to Glow supplements

4. Estee Lauder Revitalizing Supreme + Global Anti-Aging Cell Power Creme at night

The three products that I combine together are what I think is making the difference. I read about Saint Jane and wanted to try it, so I ordered the small travel size. I will definitely be ordering the larger size. The Sunday Riley product I received as part of my Rachel Zoe Box of Style subscription a while ago, but hadn't tried it yet. This product smells amazing and contains Trans-Retinol Ester and also Blue Tansy, so the product is a beautiful color of blue which scared me at first, but I am over it after seeing amazing results. I also received the Estee Lauder Revitalizing Supreme + Global Anti-Aging Cell Power Creme from a Rachel Zoe box. I LOVE the Rachel Zoe Box of Style. I've subscribed for 3 years now and absolutely love it. If you haven't tried a subscription box before, I highly recommend this one!

I'm not sure what has caused the big difference, but I'm going to just keep doing what I have been doing. At 56, finding the glow can be elusive, if it's working, I'm not going to change it! Let me know if you have any questions!
